Telephone Acquisition
A telephone conversation is often the first contact with a new customer. In the Telemarketing training, participants are taught more effective telephoning techniques, identifying and countering objections, and concluding orders. Participants learn to achieve better results in a shorter time.
During this training, the emphasis is on:
- A professional opening of a telephone conversation
- Personal and company presentation
- Avoiding making “wrong” comments
- A professional contact with “gatekeepers” such as telephonists and secretaries
