Sales Management
The Sales Management training is intended for active sales managers who want to improve their skills as coach. Specific conversation techniques are taught, as a result of which the performance of a sales team noticeably grows. Attention is paid to different styles of management, to motivational processes and assessment of employees.
Higher Vocational Education working and thinking level and a minimum of 3 years' experience managing a sales team are desirable. The participants are expected to have already taken the Middle Management training.
