Sales Training for Office Staff
A sales department cannot operate without good office staff. In the Sales Training for Office Staff, we train the staff to carry out a good follow-up of quotes and complaints, checking agreed delivery times and reliable dealings with existing customers. The programme is linked to the sales training for the field staff. In this way, both field and office staff learn to speak the same language.
During this training, the emphasis is on:
- Product presentation for new and existing customers
- Demand- and problem analyses using question- and interview techniques
- Responding correctly to objections, reproaches and contentions
- Convincing and gaining approval
- Gaining acceptance of the correct price, dealing with discounts, responding to buying signals from a customer and preventing “overselling”
