Non-verbal Communication
Non-verbal signals are often of crucial importance in a sales conversation. In the Non-verbal Communication training, you learn how to recognize such signals. Subsequently, you learn to analyse the non-verbal signals and to anticipate. In this way, more mutual understanding and trust will be created.
During this training, the emphasis is on:
- Recognizing, analysing and anticipating non-verbal signals
- The influence of behaviour, clothing and surroundings on a conversation
The Non-verbal communication training is also given in combination with the Change of Intervention Level training.
