Non-verbal communication
Non-verbal signals are often of crucial importance in a sales conversation. In the Non-verbal Communication training, you learn how to recognize such signals. Subsequently, you learn to analyse the non-verbal signals and to anticipate. In this way, more mutual understanding and trust will be created.
During this training course, the emphasis is on:
- Recognizing, analysing and anticipating non-verbal signals
- The influence of behaviour, clothing and surroundings in a conversation
Change of Intervention Level
Mostly, business conversations follow along the lines of common sense. It becomes more difficult when one of the conversation partners suddenly changes from rational to emotional, for example when the rational argument has come to a standstill. In the Change of Intervention Level module, you learn how to deal with such a switching moment and you increase the efficiency of your communication.
During this training, the emphasis is on:
- Gaining control in emotionally-charged conversations
- Switching between common sense and emotion and communicating at different levels
