Middle Management (3 x 2 days)
Managers are often called the “kingpins of the organization”. Around them revolves a complexity of factors which determines their success. One of these factors: “How do I give employees the feeling that they are the company’s most important resource?” is the main theme of the popular Middle Management Training for line-and staff managers. Practical skills in the field of coaching play a large role. The patented methodology MoRe-Coaching® which we use in this training, has been developed by Kenneth Smit Training.
During this training, the emphasis is on:
- Processes that play a part in coaching groups of people
- Using various management styles in daily contact with employees (Management By Exceptions and Management By Objectives)
- Identifying levels of competence
- The power of motivational processes and teambuilding
- Conducting job appraisal and evaluation interviews
- Conducting disciplinary interviews
- Finding solutions when standard solutions fail
- Dealing with changing factors
- Conducting job interviews (only as part of a six-day programme)
- Getting a grip on internal communications (only as part of a six-day programme)
