Change of Intervention Level (switching between rational and emotional)
Mostly, business conversations follow along the lines of common sense. It becomes more difficult when one of the conversation partners suddenly changes from rational to emotional, for example when the rational argument has come to a standstill. In the Change of Intervention Level module, you learn how to deal with such a switching moment and you increase the efficiency of your communication.
During this training, the emphasis is on:
- Getting control in emotionally-charged conversations
- Switching between common sense and emotion and communicating at different levels
The Change of Intervention Level training is also given in combination with the Non-verbal Communication training.
