Tailor-made Training
For company-specific problems tailor-made training is required: solutions that are accurately geared to your specific situation. This is preceded by intensive orientation. Who are the employees that must be trained and what are their levels? What type of training is required? Is the programme in line with the corporate culture, the sector and the current situation?
Once your organisation has been screened, the targeted training programme starts, in which personal attention is given to each individual participant. The trainers only work with groups with a maximum of eight participants.
Kenneth Smit Training goes beyond the end of the training module. Have the objectives been realized? What is the next step? Is professional coaching available in the company? Is follow-up training required?
When the programme is completed, it is thoroughly evaluated to determine whether the envisaged results have been achieved. This evaluation will show whether the question has been answered and provides an insight into any desired follow-up training.
