Negotiating I
Negotiating is based on good communication, experience, knowledge, strategy and tactics. The Negotiating training focuses on the differences between good and bad negotiating, and teaches the participants the skills and techniques a good negotiator needs to have to achieve maximum results.
During this training, the emphasis is on:
- Why and when do we opt to negotiate
- The time factor, tactics and manoeuvres
- Force fields and psychology in a negotiation process
- Personal position in the negotiating process
