Time Management for Employees
The Time Management for Employees* training teaches participants to gain insight into the way they spend their time, their priorities and the necessity to use their time efficiently.
During this training, the emphasis is on:
- Identifying time problems
- Finding out what the ‘time wasters’ are
- Making an inventory of primary and secondary tasks
- Planning daily tasks
- Gaining time and becoming more efficient
