Senior Management (6 x 2 days)
Managing an organisation is a matter of knowledge and feeling. Good managers are able to deal with people, to motivate and stimulate them. These skills are focal points in the Higher Management training. The management skills are further explored, among other things, by means of the patented MoRe-Coaching®) methodology and supplemented with, among other things, meeting skills and discussion techniques as well as management in figures. You learn how to shape formal and informal conversations and how to apply negotiating skills in daily practice.
The Senior Management training offers a complete training package for the manager at a higher executive level.
