Communication Training for Technical Employees
The image of a facilitating organisation does not only depend on the way in which it provides technical service. It is becoming increasingly important that the technical staff also acquire communication skills and learn to recognize purchasing signals. Technical staff will feel more responsible for keeping and deepening customer relationships after this training.
During this training, the emphasis is on:
- Recognizing customer behaviour
- Adhering to the correct code of conduct
- Correct presentation for customers and prospective clients
- Establishing good relationships with customers
- Learning to professionally cope with objections, reproaches and arguments
