Communicative and Social Skills

Having better discussions that lead to actual results: that is the purpose of the Communicative and Social Skills training. The backgrounds to human behaviour become clear during workshops and role plays. Participants learn to present their ideas or proposals in an attractive way. They learn to control discussions and how to deal with comments and reproaches. Finally, they practise how to successfully conclude a discussion by making clear and specific arrangements with colleagues, employees or managers. This well-balanced programme can be put into practice right away and is based on the latest developments in contemporary inter-personal communication.
