Sales Training (commercial skills)
If you want to take the wind out of the sails of the competition, you should know what motivates the customer. That is strongly emphasized in sales training. In this basic training, you learn to give structure to the selling conversation and learn the discussion techniques to overcome objections and to obtain important information. After the end of this basic selling training, you are capable of convincing the customer with the right arguments so that the order can be concluded.
A few examples of the questions that are discussed:
- Who is sitting across the table?
- What does the customer want?
- How do you convince the customer?
- How do you deal with resistance, arguments and objections?
- How and when do you get results?
- What creates continuity in your relationship?
- How do you win new customers?
