The question to the trainer
The Greenery is one of the biggest agricultural export organisations in our country. Almost all vegetables sold in the supermarkets in our country pass through The Greenery. More than 50 former auctions have been merged within The Greenery. This re-organisational phase has also had a lot of negative effects on the organisation. The question asked of Kenneth Smit by the General Manager was: “Bring our sales staff back down to earth and restore confidence in the market. Make sales increase again.”

Our approach
Kenneth Smit was able to send a trainer who was well acquainted with the agricultural sector. He ensured that salesmen no longer started their sales conversation from a defensive point of view. They were taught how to listen again and be susceptible to the wishes of the customer. After restoration of confidence, an in-depth phase was carried out and also the management was also trained with the objective of teaching employees to build durable customer relationships by means of real interest.
