The question to Kenneth Smit
RAI Langfords is the publisher of Dutch magazines such as Autokompas, Het Grafisch Weekblad, the marketing magazine Incentive, Infravisie and Breedband in bedrijf. Director Brokking was intent on making his sales staff the best in The Netherlands. He already had a profitable experience with Kenneth Smit in his previous job at Omroep Reclame Gelderland. The concrete question was: “Turn my salesmen into the best in The Netherlands!”
Our approach
Kenneth Smit has acquainted itself in detail with the sector and the daily working environment of the sales staff. What do they encounter and what do they regard as obstructions to their work? The sales staff operates in a real business-to-business environment: an excellent breeding ground for the training of Kenneth Smit. The trainer has, so to speak, positioned himself alongside the salesmen in order to understand them as much as possible. Starting and experienced salesmen were individually assessed and appraised with regard to their specific characteristics. They have been challenged and driven to the maximum of their abilities.
