The question to Kenneth Smit
Axa is of course known for its strong bicycle locks, but the AXA Stenman organisation in Veenendaal is also known in the construction branch for its door furniture and special design line for prestigious design projects, such as villas, bank buildings and head offices. P&O manager Fokko Bruinsma asked Kenneth Smit for a specialised sales training for the field organisation and the inside office. The organisation had the strong feeling that things could be better and, as a result, the question was: “Can Kenneth Smit raise the cross-bar a step every year?”

Our approachWithin AXA Stenman, it turned out that the inside staff are certainly as important as the field workers. They have contact with the customer more often and a customer-friendly and commercial attitude is immediately fruitful. Both departments were taken in hand and were convinced of their value for the company. Routine behaviour was unlearned and new effective behaviour learned and practiced time after time.
